APPLES - Good supply of the most popular local lines: royal gala, braeburn and granny smith apples, all tasty and very crisp. Also available are Ballarat apples, which are the best cooking apple.
ASPARAGUS - Imported product from California, excellent quality.
AVOCADOS - Plentiful.
ASIAN VEGETABLES - All readily available and excellent quality for example: choy sum, daikon, pak choi, won bok and baby Shanghai.
GREEN BEANS - Round, locally grown and beautiful.
BRUSSEL SPROUTS - In season and reasonably priced.
BLOOD ORANGES - Imported from California and will be in good supply until the end of May.
BERRIES - Local season has come to end. Blueberries available but in limited volumes.
CAPSICUMS - All locally sourced
CAVOLO NERO - Available, but cut fresh to order.
CELERIAC - Readily available.
COURGETTES - Flowers are available as a specialised product, needs to be pre-ordered.
CHESTNUTS - Locally sourced.
FEIJOAS - Back in season and available for around six to eight weeks.
FIGS - Pre-order as being sourced from the South Island.
GRAPES - We have seedless black, green and the popular, red globe, all imported.
KIWI GOLD - New season product.
BABY LEEKS - All new season crop. We also stock a full range of baby vegetables to a uniformed specification in 500-gram bags. Also available coloured carrots; yellow, white and red please pre-order.
LIMES - All locally sourced green-fleshed price has eased.
ONIONS BROWN & RED - All new season crops.
MICRO HERBS - Carry a wide range, which very to region please contact your nearest branch for further details.
MAORI POTATOES - New season product currently available Urenika - purple flesh and outer skin. Moimoi - purple skin and white flesh. Huakuroro, golden -yellow skin and flesh.
MANDARINS & SATSUMAS - First of the new season very sweet.
MELONS (All varieties) - Imported product which will be spasmodic in supply, there will be weeks without a shipment to our shores and pricey.
MUSHROOMS - All varieties available: Swiss brown, button and flats, along with the specialty varieties oyster, shitake, enoki, woodear and a medley of the specialty varieties.
PEARS - All new season local nashi, packham and bosc pears all readily available.
PERSIMMONS - First of the new season, excellent product, around for three months.
POTATOES - Carry all lines, all locally sourced, excellent quality. Agria in good supply.
PASSIONFRUIT - Season all but over.
QUNICE - Short season. If large volumes required pre-order so as not to be disappointed.
SNOWPEAS - Locally sourced and reasonably priced.
SPINACH - Available but very weather dependant, best to order flat leaf spinach. Baby spinach always a good alternative.
STONE FRUIT - Apricots, nectarines and peaches - season has come to end. Plums will be around for a few more weeks yet. Imported product from California four weeks away.
STRAWBERRIES - Currently the best line is an imported product from California.
KUMARA - All colours readily available .
TOMATOES - All varieties and sizes all locally sourced, excellent quality.
TAMARILLOS - First of the new season
